COVID-19 Notice
In these unprecedented times we would like to make it clear that we are taking the following precautions to combat the spread of the coronavirus epidemic. As we can’t work from home and there is little support for our type of business at this moment we are having to stay open for business and hope that you are reassured by the measures, outlined below, that we are taking and thank you for continuing to support a local business.
-As with all people that all colleagues will follow Government guidelines with regards to personal and home life restrictions and precautions during this time.
-During quote visits we will call your phone rather than knock on your door or ring your doorbell to announce our arrival. We would expect that you would open doors etc so that if we do have to enter your house so that we don’t have to touch anything.
-During both quote and work visits we will keep a 2 meter distance from yourselves unless there is a closed door or window to talk through.
-During work we will maintain good hand hygiene practice, including sanitising hands at work breaks and wearing double gloves.
– If you don’t have an outside tap or electricity we will supply our own water and a generator for power.
– We hope that working together we can maintain a semblance of normality. If you think that we could add to our precautions we are more than happy to listen to your thoughts. Together we will get through this. Stay safe everyone.
